Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a Web Content Specialist. You will manage web content, edit and optimize materials, and ensure accessibility and branding standards across agency publications and online platforms.

Qualifications include 5–7 years in web content management, U.S. citizenship, and a Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or Business. The role is onsite in the National Capital Region with a Public Trust clearance expectation.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in web content management, with at least 3 within the last 5 years.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional writing, editing, and proofreading to produce clear content for diverse audiences and channels.
• Create and refine publication documents, marketing materials, and Public Roads magazine content with QA throughout production.
• Deliverables include marketing plans, newsletters, flyers, brochures, fact sheets, guides, posters, scripts, and web content.
