Qualifications

Bachelora0s degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing or related field.
35 years of web content development/marketing/communications experience.
Experience with SEO, GEO and web analytics tools.
Experience uploading and maintaining accessible content, video and images in a CMS.
Experience editing and converting video content for web performance and accessibility.
Knowledge of WCAG standards and accessibility regulations.

Responsibilities

Support content review/implementation schedules; ensure up-to-date, engaging content.
Write, edit, upload, and maintain web content using CMS; engage with departments and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Marketing, University Communications, Creative Services and Admissions to align assets with brand guidelines.
Prepare content to align with SEO and GEO strategies and WCAG accessibility requirements.
Identify and upload images, graphics, and videos for web use; ensure proper formatting and optimization.
Maintain content calendars, conduct audits, and enforce governance decisions.
