Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
- 5–7 years of web content management experience, 3 of which in the last 5 years.
- Transportation experience preferred.
- Experience with accessibility compliance (Section 508) and SEO optimization.
Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and post web content using the CMS.
- Perform quality control of data and content and manage reviews.
- Optimize text for SEO and ensure accessibility compliance.
- Coordinate the agency’s quarterly information certification process.
- Crop, recolor, resize, and manipulate web images as needed.
- Upload content to agency websites and intranets via CMS.
