Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a strategic Web Communications Manager to oversee, evolve, and maintain our corporate website. You will lead a backend migration, select a new CMS with an external agency, and serve as the platform owner post-migration.

You will manage daily content updates, collaborate with writers and designers, and drive SEO/AE0/GEO strategies while ensuring accuracy across pages and projects.

Qualifications

5+ years in website management or digital content operations.
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Contentful, HubSpot).
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web analytics/tools.

Responsibilities

Lead backend website migration and CMS selection with an external agency.
Own post-migration CMS platform adoption and health.
Manage day-to-day website updates, page builds, and publishing workflows.
Collaborate with writers, designers, and video editors for new pages and projects.
Develop and drive an ongoing SEO/AEO/GEO strategy and monitor performance.
Coordinate with SMEs and leadership to keep content accurate.
Identify content gaps and propose UX improvements.
Maintain a digital content calendar for timely publishing.
Track analytics (GA4, Search Console) to inform content strategy.
