Job summary

Huntsman Mental Health Institute is seeking a Web Administrator to support and enhance our digital presence. You will design, develop, optimize, and manage the institute's websites and digital platforms, ensuring brand alignment and goal advancement.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into accessible, high-performing web experiences, applying UX/UI, analytics, and WCAG standards to improve usability and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Equivalency: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience.
  • Web Administrator II requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 4 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 2 years of related work experience.
  • Experience with content management systems (Drupal preferred) and web publishing workflows.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles, including JavaScript knowledge.
  • Creative Cloud and other web/graphics software familiarity.
  • Experience with web analytics tools, reporting and data interpretation.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
  • Understanding of UX/UI, wireframing, information architecture, and responsive web design.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with website maintenance, accessibility improvements, troubleshooting, updates and ongoing support.
  • Design, build, and maintain webpages and site components within a CMS environment (Drupal or similar).
  • Implement front-end functionality using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for responsive, accessible web experiences.
  • Develop and optimize site architecture, navigation, and user experience across digital properties.
  • Ensure WCAG/ADA accessibility compliance and support remediation of content.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate content and business requirements into technical web solutions.
  • Analyze website performance and user engagement data to inform continuous improvements.
  • Support integration of web platforms with analytics tools, forms, and third-party systems.
  • Maintain brand consistency, UX and digital governance standards.
  • Apply UI/UX design principles to enhance usability across web platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with website maintenance, accessibility improvements,troubleshooting, updates, and ongoingsupport tasks as needed
  • Design, build, and maintain webpages and site components within a CMS environment (Drupal or similar)
  • Implement front-end functionality using HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptto support responsive, accessible web experiences

  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) andsupport remediation of web and document content
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate content and businessrequirements into technical web solutions
  • Analyze website performance and user engagement data to informcontinuous improvements
  • Support integration of web platforms with analytics tools, forms,and third-party systems such as Campaign Studio and My Emma,supporting automated workflows, data accuracy, and systemcompatibility.
  • Maintain consistency with brand, UX, and digital governancestandards
  • Apply UI/UX design principles and accessibility standards to enhance usability and optimize digital experiences across webplatforms.
Minimum Qualifications

Preferences
  • Due to the technical nature of this position it is required thata successful candidate has a Bachelor's degree in ComputerInformation Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, WebDevelopment, Digital Media Technology, or a closely relatedtechnical field or foreign equivalent.
  • Experience with content management systems (Drupal preferred) andweb publishing workflows
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and front-end web developmentprinciples, including working knowledge of JavaScript Adobe
  • Creative Cloud and/or other web and graphic design software
  • Experience with web analytics tools, reporting, and datainterpretation
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive designprinciples
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles, wireframing, informationarchitecture, and responsive web design
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborateeffectively across technical, marketing, and operationalteams
