Qualifications

• Completion of HomeWorks university training.
• Crew Lead and Lead Safe certifications a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in Mass Save installation.

Responsibilities

• Manage Mass Save work and ensure adequate coverage and timely completion of projects.
• Supervise activities of 10-20 Crew Leads.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance.
• Update CRM software reports and inspections.
• Complete safety and compliance checks.

Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

OSHA 30 certification

Mass Save install experience or equivalent
