Job summary
Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency seeks a Weatherization Production Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA for Weatherization and related programs. You will oversee field inspections, technical monitoring, and contractor performance, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency in service delivery.

Qualifications
- Experience leading quality assurance for weatherization or energy efficiency programs.
- Knowledge of DOE WAP requirements, state policies, and building codes.
- Ability to prepare technical reports and monitor corrective actions.
Responsibilities
- Lead in-progress, final, and QC inspections for Weatherization, Deferral, and Home Repair projects.
- Review work orders for quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
- Monitor contractor performance and coordinate corrective actions.
- Provide training and technical guidance to staff and contractors.
- Prepare inspection and monitoring reports and support grant reimbursements.
- Develop QA processes to ensure safe, compliant services.
