Job summary

CLEAResult in Oregon and SW Washington is seeking a Senior QA & QC Specialist to lead on-site and field inspections of HVAC and weatherization projects, ensuring adherence to program specifications and industry best practices.

You will conduct diagnostic home energy assessments, train contractors, and develop QA protocols, with a typical four days on-site and one day admin each week, traveling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential trades or energy efficiency programs.
• Experience inspecting HVAC and/or weatherization measures.
• Ability to travel regionally and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and virtual QA inspections for HVAC and weatherization projects.
• Serve as technical subject matter expert for customers, contractors, and community-based organizations.
• Perform home energy assessments using diagnostic tools such as blower doors and duct blasters.
• Schedule inspections directly with customers and manage a fluctuating weekly caseload of dispatched projects.
• Track, analyze, and report QA results using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
