Job summary

CLEAResult in New Castle, PA is seeking a Weatherization Field Supervisor to lead and develop weatherization crews, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality field work. The supervisor works with the Operations Manager to support daily field operations, maintain fleet readiness, and manage inventory and materials.

You will mentor crew leads, oversee inspections, and drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while coordinating materials, scheduling, and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate Degree preferred.
• 5-8 years of weatherization, residential construction, energy efficiency, or related field.
• BPI Certification required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel across the service territory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Weatherization Crew Leads and Technicians.
• Conduct field visits, inspections, and quality control reviews.
• Coordinate materials, inventory, and equipment for field production.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Support scheduling, workforce planning, and operational reporting.
