Best Choice Roofing in Sparta, TN seeks a Weather Damage Expert / Sales Representative to respond to warm leads, inspect roofs, and guide homeowners through the restoration process.

You will canvass neighborhoods for new leads, work with insurers, present findings, arrange financing, and close contracts. Paid training and a supportive team environment are offered. The role requires strong communication, a valid driver’s license, and comfortable outdoor work in varying weather.

Qualifications

• A sales or customer service background is a plus, but not required.
• Must possess a valid drivers license with access to reliable vehicle transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for success
• Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps) and gathering and analyzing information
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection
• Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (Schedule is flexible, but most Saturdays are required)

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm leads by visiting homeowners and inspecting roofs.
• Generate new leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking.
• Travel to areas recently hit by storm damage to identify signs of roof and property damage.
• Conduct damage assessments on roofs and present findings to homeowners.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and funding.
• Provide estimates and funding options and collect payments as required.
• Work with insurance companies and adjusters to facilitate positive outcomes for homeowners.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication.
