Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Wearable Test Technician in Sunnyvale, CA to support large-scale Android hardware validation environments by configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated test infrastructure. You will work on rack integration, host management, hardware diagnostics, and partner with cross-functional engineering and lab operations teams.

Wearable Test Technician

The Wearable Test Technician is responsible for supporting large-scale Android hardware validation environments by configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated test infrastructure. This role ensures reliable test execution through rack integration, host management, hardware diagnostics, and collaboration with cross‑functional engineering and lab operations teams.

Scope:

• Configure, deploy, and maintain large-scale automated test racks for Android hardware validation.
• Perform host migrations, system re‑imaging, and Automated Test Environment (ATE) transitions between CTS and Main testing pools.
• Execute structured rack cabling, network connectivity, and testbed verification to ensure reliable hardware operation.
• Collaborate with Lab Operations and Automation teams to maintain accurate hardware inventory and facility management records.
• Support ongoing hardware readiness and infrastructure improvements in high‑density testing environments.

Required:

• Experience with Linux operating systems and shell command‑line tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot Android device connectivity, ADB communication issues, and hardware communication failures.
• Hands‑on experience with hardware installation, rack integration, networking, and cable management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and system issues.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross‑functional technical teams.

Pluses:

• Experience supporting Android hardware validation, QA, or automated test environments.
• Familiarity with Automated Test Environments (ATE), CTS infrastructure, or similar validation platforms.
• Knowledge of asset tracking and lab management systems.
• Experience working in data center, lab, or high‑density hardware testing environments.
• Understanding of hardware lifecycle management and infrastructure best practices.

Estimated Min Rate: $25.00

Estimated Max Rate: $28.00
