Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Biomechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Kinesiology, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute quantitative and qualitative human-subject studies to evaluate wearability and user experience.
  • Collect and interpret ergonomic, anthropometric, and biomechanical data.
  • Develop measurement methods, instrumentation, and protocols for wearability evaluation.
  • Design, fabricate, and validate instrumented prototypes and lab fixtures.
  • Integrate sensing technologies (pressure, force, temperature, motion, eye tracking, physiological sensors) into research platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into engineering requirements.
