Job summary

Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company®, is seeking a Field Testing Coordinator to support our wear testing program. You will coordinate tester assignments, manage samples, and ensure data is accurately captured and organized for feedback.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to expand tester pools, support onboarding, and maintain inventory systems, contributing to smooth field testing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating wear testing programs or field studies is a plus.
• Strong organization and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Clear written and verbal communication for cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate wear testing assignments with testers and schedule activities.
• Maintain roster of testers and assigned products, track samples and returns.
• Distribute footwear samples and monitor receipt, returns, and in-person tests as needed.
• Support platform operations, candidate pool, onboarding, and data organization.
• Log assignments, timelines, and tester feedback in tracking systems; manage inventory.
