Job summary

Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company®, is seeking a Field Testing Team Coordinator to support wear testing program operations in Southern California. You will coordinate assignments, manage tester rosters, distribute footwear samples, and help capture and organize feedback data.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-focused, and have strong written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Smartsheet is preferred; occasional in-person testing may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in footwear, product development, or consumer testing a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling wear testing assignments with testers.
• Maintain a roster of active testers and products.
• Distribute footwear samples and track receipt/returns.
• Occasionally assist with in-person testing.
• Support platform management, candidate pool, onboarding, data organization.
