Job summary

• Interest in footwear, product development, or consumer testing a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating wear testing assignments with internal and external testers.
• Maintain an organized roster of active wear testers and their assigned products.
• Distribute footwear samples to testers and track receipt and returns.
• Occasionally assist with in person testing.
• Help build and expand high-quality field testers and athlete pool for multiple categories.
• Support platform management, candidate pool, onboarding, data organization, etc.
• Log wear test assignments, timelines, and tester feedback into tracking systems.
• Maintain accurate records of sample inventory, sizing, and distribution status.
• Assist with any other operational tasks as needed by the Field Testing Team.
