Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando is seeking a Weapons Sustainment Engineer to oversee depot level repair, modification, and refurbishment of JASSM and LRASM systems. You will coordinate with customers, supervise upgrades, and provide data-driven recommendations for spares and sustainment planning.

The role requires analyzing the sustainment lifecycle from concept through disposal, plus experience with cost/risk and supportability studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and test/repair procedures.
• Ability to work with hazardous materials and follow safety procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Depot level repair, modification, and refurbishment of JASSM and LRASM systems.
• Coordinate logistics with customers and serve as primary logistics point of contact.
• Perform end-to-end sustainment lifecycle analysis from concept to disposal.
• Prepare and maintain CDfRL deliverables and sustainment documentation.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on spares procurement and sustainment planning.
