Job summary

Lockheed Martin seeks a Senior Leader to drive Global Sustainment (GS) across AME programs and the LSOC facility. You will ensure technical excellence, mentor teams, and manage functional budgets while partnering with customers and program offices.

You will oversee program support, new business initiatives, and sustainment processes, coordinating with engineering and product teams to meet milestones and budgets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Logistics, Supply Support, Inventory Management, Packaging, Transportation, Depot and Field Support disciplines.
• Earned Value and Risk Management knowledge.
• Ability to lead and influence LSE teams and GS scope.
• Experience in IAMD and Tactical Missile Programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead GS functional and program for LSOC and mentor LSOC personnel.
• Oversee depot inventory management and warehouse organization.
• Plan, organize, develop and integrate program-funded functional efforts.
• Interface with customers, program offices and engineering teams.
• Ensure technical integrity and timely delivery of sustainment products.
