Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems seeks a sustainment professional to support lifecycle logistics, integration, and sustainment plan development for our advanced defense systems.

The role requires working knowledge of Naval Aviation, maintenance procedures, and experience with PLM tools such as EPDM and SAP. You will analyze sustainment concepts, assess costs and risks, and help ensure supportability across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
• Role requires working knowledge of Naval Aviation and Maintenance Procedures
• Familiarity with Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortage mitigation
• Experience with Naval Helicopter Programs is desirable

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sustainment program support to include integration, comprehensive logistics, sustainment plan creation and support requirements for the lifecycle of the product.
• Serves as the point of contact for logistics with the customer and provide advice or training on system design and specifications.
• Performs analysis of the sustainment system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
• Supports obsolescence management within the Global Sustainment Operations Center of Excellence.
