SimVentions, Inc. in Virginia seeks a Weapon System Test Engineer to join the King George, VA team, supporting TTWCS software testing across lab configurations. On-site presence at both the King George office and NSWC Dahlgren customer site is required.

Ideal candidates have US Navy Fire Control experience or equivalent and will execute testing, document lab data, troubleshoot hardware and software, and generate test plans and reports. Travel is possible but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science/engineering field or military TTWCS operator experience.
• Active Secret Clearance or eligibility; US Citizenship required for clearance.

Responsibilities

• Test tactical weapon systems in configurations and builds in a lab.
• Document test data and maintain lab logs.
• Modify and troubleshoot lab hardware, simulators, and network configurations.
• Analyze data; develop data extraction and reduction procedures.
• Create CR/PR change requests and verify software fixes.
• Develop/modify test procedures and conduct peer reviews.
• Prepare TVMs, test plans, and test reports.
• Present testing summaries to management.
