Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to conduct testing of Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System software in King George, VA, with on-site presence at NSWC Dahlgren. The role involves testing across configurations, troubleshooting, data analysis, and reporting to support verification and requirements validation.

Qualified candidates will have a BS in a STEM field or military ops experience, Navy TTWCS background is a plus, and familiarity with CBT&E and automated testing

Qualifications

• Requires a BS in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics or equivalent military ops experience.
• Prior Navy TTWCS Ops&Maintenance background is a plus.
• Experience with CBT&E and test verification processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in lab configurations.
• Document lab results in logs and reports; troubleshoot hardware and simulators.
• Perform data analysis and develop data extraction/reduction for test procedures.
• Create and track change requests (CR/PR) and verify fixes.
• Develop and update test procedures and TVMs; generate plans and reports.
• Present testing summaries and defend data at technical reviews.
