SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to join our team in Dahlgren to test the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System software in multiple configurations.

The role requires on-site presence at King George, VA, with opportunities to travel to customer sites and support diverse lab environments. The position demands a Bachelor’s degree in STEM, an active Secret clearance, and experience testing tactical weapon systems, with a focus on verification and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics field or military equivalent.
• Active Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required for clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in lab configurations and across builds.
• Document lab data in logs and reports; develop data extraction elements.
• Modify and troubleshoot lab hardware, equipment, simulators, and networks.
• Analyze test output and verify CR/PR resolutions; generate data-driven findings.
• Create and update test procedures; verify system functionality.
• Develop Test Verification Matrices (TVM) and associated test plans/reports.
• Present testing results and briefs to management and stakeholders.
