Job summary

SimVentions in King George, VA is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to conduct and document testing of the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System across configurations. You will troubleshoot hardware, run tests, analyze data, and generate reports for verification. The role requires an Active Secret Clearance, US citizenship, and on-site work with government personnel to support warfighter solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics field or military operational experience as TTWCS Operator/Technician
• Active Secret Clearance required for this position; US Citizenship required to obtain clearance

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in various configurations and builds in a lab setting
• Modify and troubleshoot lab hardware, equipment, simulators, and network configurations
• Perform data analysis of test output and develop data extraction/reduction elements for verification
• Document system problems by creating change requests and PRs; verify software fixes
• Develop new test procedures and test verification matrices; generate test plans and reports
• Communicate testing event summaries and defend data analysis at technical reviews
