Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal regulation, banking guidelines, and banking operations is preferred.
• Strong client service, problem solving, and organizational abilities are required to identify, research, and resolve requests.

Responsibilities

• Executes and/or submits client account servicing requests within appropriate time frames (wires, transfers, account documents).
• Maintains accurate and complete account records and researches client issues as needed.
• Communicates with relationship management and NCSS teams to obtain information and properly execute requests.
