Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Trust Servicing Specialist to provide administrative and client support in partnership with trust officers, handling accounts where the bank acts as trustee, agent, or custodian.

You will ensure compliance with KYC, AML and regulatory standards, deliver high-level service to clients and beneficiaries, and help identify risks or potential fraud while supporting reports and communications.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Trust Servicing experience or equivalent education.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and client support in partnership with trust officers and internal partners.
• Administer trust accounts where the bank acts as trustee, agent, or custodian.
• Provide high-level customer service to clients and beneficiaries.
• Assist in compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory standards.
• Identify potential problems or fraud to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in data collection and reporting; and prepare correspondence.
