Job summary

Protiviti India is seeking a Business Analyst to drive requirements in digital wealth management initiatives. You will gather and document business needs, create process maps and user stories, and work with Product Owners and Tech teams through the delivery lifecycle.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, agile ceremonies, and supporting business cases with benefits tracking and change impact assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital environments and transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and SAFe with PI Planning experience.
• Strong business analysis capabilities: requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and user story creation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Domain knowledge in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Wealth Advisory.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement elicitation sessions.
• Create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents, and functional specifications.
• Support digital transformation initiatives across wealth management and advisory services.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Technology Teams, Architects, and QA throughout delivery.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend business process improvements.
• Support business case development, benefits tracking, and change impact assessments.
