Responsibilities

• Develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and providing inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• Plan activities for configuration, configure the product according to the design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and design.
• Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budgets and organizational guidelines.
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with value-adding solutions to customers.
