This role emphasizes Agile delivery and requires strong Wealth Management experience. Responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing backlogs, and translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions. Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master and/or Technical Business Analyst.
• Proven background in Wealth Management or Asset Management.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews.
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy, well-groomed backlogs.
