Job summary

Protiviti India is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong exposure to Digital Transformation initiatives and Avaloq platforms. The role focuses on Agile delivery, PI Planning, and stakeholder management within banking and wealth management environments.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, conducting workshops, mapping processes, and translating requirements into user stories and functional specs. AVALoq experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital transformation and Agile delivery in banking/wealth management.
• Strong skills in Agile methodologies, PI Planning, and SAFe practices.
• Excellent business analysis including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with Avaloq platform — change management, configuration, and releases.

• Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning and Agile ceremonies.

• Drive requirement workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
• Participate actively in Program Increment (PI) Planning and Agile ceremonies.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with development, testing, and release teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support Avaloq-related functional changes, configurations, releases, and enhancements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.
• Contribute to digital transformation and process optimization initiatives.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience working in digital environments and transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, PI Planning, and Agile ways of working.
• Excellent Business Analysis skills including:
• Requirement Gathering
• Process Mapping
• Gap Analysis
• Stakeholder Management
• Documentation
• Hands-on experience working in Avaloq environments, including:
• Functional Change Management
• Configuration Support
• Release Management
• Understanding of Avaloq delivery constraints
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Retail Banking domains.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAFe BA, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent are advantageous.
