UBS in the United States is seeking a Wealth Strategy Associate in Brea, CA to support financial advisors with client conversations, analytics, and goal understanding.

You will develop customized asset allocation strategies, support relationship building and business development, analyze portfolio performance, and provide insights to help advisors grow their practice. Licenses SIE, Series 7 and 66 are required; Mandarin a plus.

Formación

• SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses required.
• 3-5 years of client service experience in finance.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Mandarin language is a plus.

We’re looking for a Wealth Strategy Associate to:

• assist financial advisors in client conversations, providing analytic information and aiming to understand the client’s goals
• develop customized asset allocation strategies and investment solutions for clients
• provide support for client relationship building and business development activities
• perform business analytics as needed to support financial advisors in the growth of the business
• analyze and interpret portfolio performance reviews and make recommendations to financial advisors for potential change

The team

You will be working in the Financial Services team in Brea and Pasadena. Your working location will be based in Brea, CA. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through Financial Advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

Your Skills And Experience

• SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses
• ideally 3-5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• bachelor's or master`s degree or equivalent, focusing on finance
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• mandarin is a plus

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

• United States - California - Brea min USD 70000 - max USD 95000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
