Job summary

UBS is seeking a Client Associate in San Diego within a Wealth Management branch. You will keep client information current, educate clients on account services, and assist in preparing reports and materials for client meetings.

We value service orientation, strong communication, and attention to detail. Two years in client service in finance is preferred; Series 7/66 licenses are encouraged.

We’re looking for a Client Associate to:

• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

The team

You’ll be working within a Wealth Management branch office in San Diego where we provide advice-based solutions. Our financial advisors deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families.

Your Skills And Experience

• series 7 and 66 licenses preferred but not required
• ideally 2 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information

• United States - California - San Diego min USD 55000 - max USD 75000 /annum
