Job summary

UBS in Palo Alto, California is seeking a Registered Client Associate to support high net worth clients within the Financial Services team. You will keep client information up-to-date, educate clients on account services, and help prepare reports and materials for client meetings.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of client service experience in finance, hold Series 7 and 66 licenses, and a finance degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s). Mandarin is a plus; strong MS Office skills are required.

The team

You will be working in the Financial Services team in California. Your working location will be based in Palo Alto, California. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through Financial Advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

Your Skills And Experience

• Ideally 3-5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• series 7 and 66 licenses
• Bachelor's or master`s degree or equivalent, focusing on finance
• Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Mandarin is a plus

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

• United States - California - Palo Alto min USD 65000 - max USD 85000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
