Job summary

UBS in Pasadena is seeking a Wealth Strategy Associate to support financial advisors with analytic insights and client goal understanding. You will help develop customized asset allocation strategies and investment solutions for clients, and assist in relationship-building and business development activities.

You will also perform business analytics to support the growth of the wealth management practice and analyze portfolio performance to make informed recommendations.

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses required for registered CSAs.
• 2–5 years of client service experience in finance.
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and logical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

The team

You’ll be working as part of a Wealth Management team in the Pasadena office. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

Your Skills And Experience

• series 7 and 66 licenses (for registered CSAs only)
• ideally 2-5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• bachelor's or master`s degree (preferred, not required)
• excellent communicator, with top-notch interpersonal skills
• analytical and logical (you can solve problems)
• team player

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

• United States - California - Pasadena Salary USD 65000 – max USD 85000/annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
