Responsabilidades

• Service Citi’s Investment and Banking clients via inbound/outbound calls and email.
• Provide end-to-end issue resolution with a closed-loop process.
• Ensure KYC/AML compliance and FINRA requirements are followed.
• Refer clients to Financial Advisors and deepen client relationships.
• Use Salesforce to document issues, tasks, and opportunities.
