Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a results-driven Telesales professional to service Citi’s Investment and Banking clients. You will respond to inquiries, match clients with the right products, and drive cross-sell opportunities while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Qualifications include 2–5 years in client service or sales within financial services, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce. FINRA Series 7 & 63 are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Client Service and/or Sales within financial services.
• Understanding of multiple products across business lines with strong networking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in a professional manner.
• Ability to work independently within established procedures and make decisions.
• FINRA Series 7 & 63 required; Series 66/65 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fully service Citi's Investment and Banking clients and respond to requests via phone or email.
• Articulate business value and match clients with appropriate products and services.
• Maintain end-to-end ownership of client issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Use Salesforce for communication of issues, tasks, and opportunities.
• Support a diverse array of products and services and deepen client relationships.
• Complete required trainings and uphold compliance with FINRA and firm policy.
