Job summary

Citi in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Intermediate Associate Telesales Representative to service and support Investment and Banking clients. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, provide timely responses, and ensure KYC/AML compliance while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, processing operations, and collaborating with back-office teams. FINRA Series 7 & 63 are required; Series 66/65 preferred; bachelor’s degree recommended.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Client Service and/or Sales within financial services preferred.
• Understanding of multiple products across business lines with relationship building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• US FINRA Series 7 & 63 required; Series 66/65 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for servicing and supporting Citi’s Investment and/or Banking clients.
• Provide timely responses to client service requests via telephone or email.
• Build rapport with clients and back-office staff; escalate to senior management as needed.
• Ensure KYC/AML compliance and other firm policies are followed.
• Handle inquiries related to banking/investment operations and process trades as required.
• Complete required trainings and maintain risk awareness in all decisions.
