Citi in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Client Services Associate to service investment and banking clients, handling inquiries via phone and email while ensuring KYC/AML compliance. You will match client needs to suitable products and advise on Citigold and Citi Private Client options.

The role requires 2-5 years in customer service related to investments, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently within established policies.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years’ relevant experience in Customer Service with emphasis on investments or investment-related products preferred.
• Understanding of multiple products across business lines with strong networking and relationship skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate at a professional level.
• Capable of working independently within established procedures and making decisions without manager approval.
• Able to perform multiple functions with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Fully accountable for servicing and supporting Citi’s Investment and/or Banking clients.
• Clearly articulate business value proposition, matching clients with the correct set of products and services.
• Engage with clients to transition to digital solutions when appropriate.
• Articulate the value proposition for Citigold, Citi Private Client, and digital programs.
• Provide timely responses to client service requests via telephone or email.
• Deliver exceptional support and end-to-end issue resolution with a closed-loop process.
• Ensure customer claims and complaints comply with FINRA and firm policy.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners when appropriate.
• Manage client follow-up and adhere to Regulatory and Compliance procedures.
• Ensure KYC/AML compliance is strictly followed.
• Assess risk in business decisions and escalate/report control issues when needed.
