Citigroup Inc. seeks a Registered Wealth Investment Service Associate in Jacksonville to service banking and investment clients by phone and email. You will ensure compliance with KYC/AML and FINRA rules while delivering top-tier client support.

Responsibilities include end-to-end issue resolution, collaboration with back-office and Financial Advisors, and proactive client relationship development to deepen engagement.

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience in Client Service and/or Sales within financial services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within established procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Service Citi's Investment/Banking clients via phone and email.
• Provide timely responses and end-to-end issue resolution.
• Adhere to KYC/AML and FINRA rules in all client interactions.
• Consult with Financial Advisors when appropriate to meet client needs.
• Develop relationships and identify potential new clients and opportunities.
