Qualifications

• FINRA registrations (SIE, Series 7, 66 or 63/65) preferred; must meet requirements within 150 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Fully service Citi’s Investment and/or Banking clients via inbound/outbound calls and email.
• Articulate value proposition and map clients to appropriate products/services.
• Guide clients to digital solutions when appropriate and promote Citigold/Citi Private Client programs.
• Provide timely responses and end-to-end issue resolution; maintain compliant processes.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners when appropriate and adhere to KYC/AML SOPs.
• Follow regulatory and firm policies and escalate control issues with transparency.
