Job summary

Responsibilities

• Executes and submits client account servicing requests within time frames (wires, fund transfers, account openings/closings).
• Maintains accurate account records and documents; researches client issues.
• Monitors banking reports and assists with banking audits as directed.
• Develops understanding of required steps and communicates with relationship management and NCSS teams.
