Job summary

Northern Trust Corp is seeking a professional to serve as a key point of contact for complex client inquiries and to assist in delivering sophisticated banking solutions, including treasury management, for wealth management clients.

The role involves supporting bankers with account administration, due diligence for loan opportunities and ongoing client servicing, coordinating with CSST on transactions, deposits, and related processing to ensure a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

• Initial contact for complex client or partner inquiries for banking products and services.
• Assist with creating and implementing complex banking solutions including treasury management for WM clients.
• Assist bankers with account administration, business development and due diligence at loan opportunities including gathering financial statements and industry research.
• Coordinate with CSST to execute daily client transaction activity and transaction processing including fees, payments and borrowing; handle inquiry resolution.
• Coordinate with CSST on deposit related processing including account opening, exception clearing, overdrafts, etc.
