You will drive outreach, retention and revenue by leveraging bank products and advisory partnerships with PNC Wealth Management.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, proactive service, and collaboration with ecosystem partners to deliver a superior client experience while maintaining risk controls and profitability.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience preferred.
• Certifications often desired; in lieu of a degree, comparable mix may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention to generate revenue and deepen wallet share.
• Proactively generate/manage leads and client appointments using needs-based consultative skills.
• Build internal partnerships to drive revenue, acquisitions and growth; manage risk and profitability of portfolio.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing; ensure timely admin tasks.
• Lead ecosystem partners to deliver expert solutions; own client relationships and penetration goals.
