Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a select group of affluent Chase clients and other customers within the branch. You will manage the full banking relationship, advising clients on products and services to fit their needs and driving relationship growth.

You will collaborate with Specialists to connect clients with experts, while promoting self-service access and strict adherence to banking regulations. Weekend/evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Relationship-driven client acquisition and retention.
• Ability to work with specialists to fulfill client needs.
• Compliance with regulatory requirements such as Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
• Manages banking relationships through an advisory approach to maximize products and services fit.
• Partners with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with experts.
• Facilitates self-service options for client accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures and banking regulations.
