Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Private Client Banker to be the main point of contact for a select group of affluent clients in the Branch, managing their complete banking relationship with a proactive approach to growth.

The role involves collaborating with Specialists to meet specialized financial needs, promoting self-service access, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Weekend/evening hours are expected as part of branch operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration support may be required.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Manages banking relationships with an advice-based approach to provide best products and services.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Facilitates access to self-service options (24/7).
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
