Qualifications

• Experience using a relationship‑oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year of Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services.
• Licensing requirements or must be completed within 180 days of starting the role.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act (TILA).
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach to provide best products and services.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Makes lives of clients easier by enabling self-service access to accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
