Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a select group of affluent clients, managing their full banking relationship with a proactive, education-focused approach. You will solicit referrals and develop internal and external sources to grow the client base.

The role requires a track record in relationship management, the ability to meet licensing requirements (SIE/Series 6/7, Life, 63/66 if needed), and a willingness to work weekend/evening hours.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
• NMLS/SAFE Act requirements and regulatory licensing.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by setting up self-service access to accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
