Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a select group of affluent clients and other customers in the branch. You will manage their complete banking relationships with a proactive, advice-based approach and help acquire new clients through referrals and internal/external networks.

The role requires financial services experience, regulatory awareness, and a willingness to work flexible branch hours, including some weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Must have a relationship‑driven, client‑focused approach to grow and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year experience in Branch Banking or similar financial services, with proven success in acquiring new clients and generating revenue.
• Regulatory knowledge and licenses (SIE, Series 6/7, state registrations) or plan to obtain within 180 days; compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for Chase Private Client and a broader client base in the branch.
• Manage clients' banking relationships with an advisory approach to tailor the best products and services.
• Collaborate with Specialists to connect clients with experts for complex financial needs.
• Promote self-service options and ensure access to accounts 24/7.
