You will manage full banking relationships with an advisory approach, driving growth and referrals through proactive service and collaboration with specialists. The role emphasizes compliance with financial regulations, NMLS requirements, and flexible branch hours, including some weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to acquire and deepen client relationships using a value-added, advisory approach.
• 1+ year in branch banking or equivalent financial services experience with revenue generation.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements and related regulations.
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration is required or to be completed.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
• Manage client banking relationships with an advisory approach to optimize products and services.
• Partner with Specialists to connect clients to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Facilitate client access to self-service options for 24/7 banking access.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
