Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Wealth QA Analyst to review and analyze transaction processing, shareholder services, and operational processes to maintain quality and effectiveness. You will build knowledge of the company, processes, and customers while solving QA challenges and supporting regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes QA planning, test execution, documentation, and risk mitigation in a fast-paced wealth management environment. On-site with potential remote work after training.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of bank/financial services ideally in Wealth Operations.
• FINRA Series 7 licensure.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Success proven ability to be successful and adapt to a fast-paced, multi-dimensional work environment using strong time management skills.
• Proven ability to successfully analyze, problem solve and make decisions independently.
• Possesses detailed and goal oriented professional approach with an interest in Wealth Management and Investment business line.
• Completed high school degree or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Quality assurance planning, which includes the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies, methodologies, and test plans for wealth management processes and systems.
• Test execution and analysis, test documentation and reporting, and process improvement and risk mitigation.
• Regulatory compliance, which includes staying updated on regulatory changes that impact wealth management operations and systems.
