Qualifications

• 10+ years in fintech or wealth management strategy
• Experience translating market insights into product direction
• Ability to influence across product, engineering, sales and operations
• Strong understanding of wealth management workflows and advisor dynamics

Responsibilities

• Define Wealth market opportunity and translate insights into product strategy
• Develop business cases and high-level requirements for product direction
• Partner with product management to move opportunities from concept to launch
• Lead commercialization for Wealth solutions including packaging, pricing, and messaging
• Support Sales and Client Service with SME guidance and deal support
• Measure success by adoption, launch effectiveness, and revenue growth
