The ideal candidate will stay abreast of industry trends, craft data-driven proposals, and collaborate across investment management, research, and advisory teams to align strategy with operational and regulatory needs.

• Maintain wealth product priorities and roadmap. Proactively engage with stakeholders to manage expectation, timeline, and resource needs.
• Develop go to market approach for wealth products and solutions.
• Hire, mentor and develop talent: This role includes direct management responsibilities for a team of product specialists and business managers.
